• Asynchronous Communication - We use Discord and Public Documentation (such as meeting summaries, reporting, proposal, etc)

• Synchronous Communication - Real-time interactions through video calls, usually in Zoom

• Decision Making Communication - Can includes deliberation models, voting mechanisms, and structured proposal reviews, etc
